You may be tempted, now that Durango rumors are flying hot and heavy, to ask Microsoft’s customer support representatives about the next Xbox. One Kotaku reader tried that approach today. Don’t read into Kris’s answers too much: the memo could still exist, even if he or she hasn’t seen it. But enjoy the conversation nonetheless. Curry: Can you tell me the name of it? Kris: I suggest, dont believe with those rumors, for it may veer away from what the real thing is. Curry: But is there truth to this “email”?
